Trace-based issue tracking in Jira
Leverage Helios' built-in integration with Jira to push important traces into Jira issues for better troubleshooting and follow-up.
Traces from Helios can be pushed directly into Jira so that they are easily accessible for further troubleshooting, reproduction, or as an investigation-support asset.

Accessing the Jira issue creation option from the trace quick actions menu in Helios
Follow the integration steps below to complete the setup. You will first need to install the Helios app in Jira, and then configure it to associate with your specific organization in Helios so that it's fully activated.
In Helios
Go to Settings > Integrations > Jira and select 'Install app'.
In the instructions modal, follow the link to the Helios JIRA direct app distribution page.
In Jira
Hit 'Get app' and complete the installation on your project.
Then, go into Jira and from the 'Apps' menu on the top bar select 'Manage your apps'.
Select 'Helios' on the left (under 'Apps'), allow access and authorize the app.
Finally, copy the URL that will be used for configuration and activation in Helios.
Back in Helios
Paste the URL from Jira into the Jira app installation modal in Helios. Hit 'Activate'.
The status of 'Jira' under 'Integrations' will change to 'Installed'.
All set
Now you can push traces directly from Helios into Jira.
